IT'S ME, HI!

I’m Joanna — the proud owner of EnJoy Cakes, a passionate primary school teacher (FAJT), and a grateful mum to four lively boys. EnJoy Cakes began during my time as a stay-at-home mum, born from a desire to care for my family while sharing my love for Taiwanese treats. Now that I’m back to teaching, baking continues to be a joyful part of my life — a creative outlet and a way to spread happiness through food. Although my days are now fuller with both teaching and parenting, EnJoy Cakes remains a meaningful part of my journey. Every batch is still made with love, using the same authentic batter recipe I learned in Taiwan. My hope is that with each bite, you’ll feel a little warmth, a little comfort, and a whole lot of joy
