On Joanna's 10th visit to Taiwan, her main agenda was to learn how to make the amazing Taiwan Egg Cakes 台湾鸡蛋糕 directly from Wang Shi Fu (王派錦師傅). (See Wang Shi Fu in an interview here!) Joanna even lugged back the custom-made egg cake machine from Taiwan all the way back to Singapore.
